On Tuesday 5 May at about 1745 a male called at an address in Frenze Road, Diss. He had, what was described as, 'a scruffy piece of card' with him stating he was selling goods which had been made in a disabled workshop.
This person was stuttering and twitching. He was described as white, 40 years of age, bald 5'8" tall wearing casual clothes and carrying a navy blue holdall. When the occupant declined to buy anything the male seemed to lose his stutter and called her 'a snotty bitch' and was able to repeat this phrase, again without stuttering. There is nothing to say that this individual was not selling for such a cause but please be careful when purchasing items at the door from cold callers.
