This is a warning message regarding a new, 'tax refund' scam. An e mail will be received claiming to originate from HM Revenue and Customs. It will state that the recipient is eligible to receive a tax refund and will include a tax return form with a 'refund reference number'. The individual is asked to complete the form including personal information and details of credit card numbers.
HM Revenue and Customs are aware of these scams and anyone receiving such a message should delete it immediately.
