In the village we have had an oil syndicate running for a few years now, however, I am aware that there are new residents coming to the village that may not be aware of this.
How it works - As a buying group we add everybody's volume together to get a total volume and that's the amount the quote is based on. Savings can range up to 5p a litre based on the total quantity. Usually if you only order 500 litres as an individual you will pay approximately 4 – 5p per litre more than if you order 900 litres or 2300 litres plus. The higher the quantity ordered the better the price.
I place the orders on behalf of everybody at set times of the year the dates are set below. All you need to do is let me know when you need some oil and the approximate quantity and your order will be added to the next order date!
Order dates will be (approx) –

1st November
1st December
1st February
1st March
1st April
I do not take any payments, the chosen oil company will contact you direct for this, if you do not already hold an account with them.
I will need to keep a record of your personal details, ie, full name, address, post code, home telephone number, mobile / work telephone number, tank size etc. These details will be held only by myself in strictest confidence and will only be translated to the chosen oil company.
